How Our Orders WorkEvery Nola's Busy Bee product is made to order. That means nothing sits in a warehouse — your item is printed specifically for you after you place your order.
Production TimePlease allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.
Shipping TimeOnce your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of being placed.
Where We ShipWe currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping RatesStandard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.
TrackingOnce your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
DelaysOccasionally, production or carrier delays may extend delivery times — especially during holidays. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Damaged OrdersIf your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at carlson_cory@hotmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.
